Overview

At any given moment, on any given day, a CHC helicopter is in the air somewhere in the world. Whether it's transporting the men and women who keep the world's offshore oil and gas flowing, or taking an injured patient to safety, CHC sets the standard – for safety, customer service, modern aircraft, and efficiency. Every year we fly more than 25 million kilometers, and every flight follows the most rigorous standards and procedures found anywhere. Our priority, on every single flight, is safety. Which is why we invest more in our fleet renewal program than any other operator, introducing aircraft such as the Sikorsky S76C+, S92, AgustaWestland AW139, and Eurocopter EC155. We are at home in the North Atlantic, South Pacific and Indian Ocean; in West Africa, Southeast Asia and Australia. Our integrated approach to helicopter operations gives our customers a world of expertise – all from one company.

World Leader

Headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, CHC Global Operations operates a fleet of 150 helicopter and fixed wing aircraft, providing transportation services to both onshore and offshore petroleum markets around the world. With a history dating to the beginning of the commercial helicopter industry and bases in 30 countries, CHC is the world's most experienced, most geographically diverse helicopter operator.

Expertise in all corners

We've earned worldwide recognition as a leader in performing IFR, over-water, all-weather missions. By bringing this experience to each and every contract, we have become the leader in precision flying and technical support requirements for exploration and production projects. We also provide dedicated Search and Rescue services for our oil and gas customers, and advanced safety equipment such as cold-water survival suits. In every corner of the world, CHC has the expertise to transport crew and equipment to offshore installations in a safe, efficient manner.

Fixed Wing Service

In addition to rotorcraft expertise, we provide a range of reliable fixed-wing transportation services for seamless crew transport to helicopter bases around the world. CHC operates jet and turbo prop aircraft including Dash-8 and Twin Otter service to meet the needs of the global oil and gas industry.
